Orders ship within one to three business days after order has been received. Time in transit for ground shipping is 2 to 5 business days depending on where you are located.

Most orders are shipped via UPS ground. UPS express shipping is also available and can be selected during checkout.



Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Our Vine-Agra items can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.

Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

*Can I use Vine-Agra on my live potted plants or my outdoor plants?

- Unfortunately, Vine-Agra is made only for cut flowers and greens.

*I forgot I had my cut flowers in the trunk of my car for the last 4 hours. Will Vine-Agra work on them.

- Yes, when you get home cut flower and/or plant stems at an angle and arrange in a vase filled with treated water. You will enjoy the results.
